riggerrob 643 #4 July 13, 2004 Over the last two years, I surveyed camcorders, collecting opinions from dz.commers, etc. Last month I bought a mini DV SONY HC-40 and am very happy with it. I also considered HC20, HC30 and PC-109. Both the HC20 and HC30 share the same size case, but have lower resolution than my HC40. PC-109 has the same resolution as my HC40, but I could not justify spending the extra CAN$200. Yesterday I did four tandems with my HC 40 strapped to my left hand and sold all four videos!
