I'll go into the cropping tool and tell it I want the 8x10 aspect ratio, which will then show me the entire frame, but I can't save it like that or apply it to all my photos. I can only temporarily crop it and order a print for myself. I have found no way to tell shutterfly to leave all my prints uncropped. I have tried to crop it then save a copy, but even when I do that it saves a copy of the file, but its still cropped when I upload it to the gallery. chopchop 0 #4 July 28, 2004 I don't know.. I have the opposite problem.. I want mine cropped to 8 x 10 and the only way I can do it is to go in and do it individually.. it takes hours..
