spencer 0 #1 August 15, 2004 Please could someone tell me how to fade music in and out on the timeline audio also how do I overlay video so one picture fades out and one fades in. Unlike premiere 6.0 there's no red bar to drag and drop which I used for sound and picture. Remember this is Prem Pro not Prem 6.0. Thanks.
Snowflake 0 #2 August 16, 2004 expand the audio track then you have to select show track volume. Then you'll get the slider. To fade either overlay the video tracks and use the opacity sliders, or use one of the transitions.
flypunk 0 #3 August 16, 2004 you can do it by expanding the audio options or by using the audio mixer, which might be easier if you are not used to it. As far as for the fading of the videso use te transitions. ...
spencer 0 #4 August 17, 2004 I've tried it but the slider only seems to move the all the volume bar up or down, I can't sem to cut into it and alter the volume where I want to.
Snowflake 0 #5 August 17, 2004 Uhhh you have to put keyframes (small diamond bottom right in audio controls) at the points you want to fade the volume. Where ever you put a keyframe you get the ability to adjust the volume between that point and the adjacent keyframes PS you could have found this in Premiere help and been done a long time ago ;-P (HELP > INDEX > V > VOLUME)
