Billy 0 #1 September 17, 2004 My Digi Rebel is back from the factory... It went totally dead last month... I sent it directly to the only "real" Canon factory repair place on the west coast in Irvine California... It took ~2 weeks from shipping to return, I was happy with that, and it was covered under the factory warranty... I was concerned they would notice a "ding" on the flash foot and try and tell me it was dropped, which it was from ~18", and void my warranty. The cost then would have been over $200, but they didn't...They replaced a "Main PCB/Fuse-501/Focusing Screen Plate",, and did a clean, lube, & allignment.
