blurry pc-101

Last weekend I filmed a tandem and the picture was perfectly clear. I didn't touch the camera, but the next tandem was a little hazy. For some reason the picture looks slightly blurry now matter what. I have tried to fix the problem but can't get the camera to focus properly. Anybody have any suggestions?

did you block the autofocus ??
if yes, did the focus ring move ??

you can try by putting it on autofocus again, and back to manual.
