ChasingBlueSky 0 #1 October 28, 2004 Where are some good places to get a nice camera bag? Something that can hold an SLR? I'm not certain if I want one that hangs off of you or the backpack type._________________________________________ you can burn the land and boil the sea, but you can't take the sky from me.... ChasingBlueSky 0 #3 October 28, 2004 I like that for storage. Just fill it with foam? I'm also looking for something that could be a bit more mobile for when I am out taking pictures downtown._________________________________________ you can burn the land and boil the sea, but you can't take the sky from me.... AndyMan 7 #4 October 28, 2004 It doesn't need foam. The dividers are good enough. I see a lot of people with pelican cases... I don't like those because all the room is taken up by foam! There's no room to put stuff! I put two SLR's, one PC 120, 5 lenses, 2 chargers, a box or two of blank mini-dv tape, a dozen rolls of film... plus every cable imaginable in mine. _Am__ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead. newshooter12 0 #7 October 30, 2004 in addition to the Lowe Pro line of bags. Tamrac has a great line too. I've got one that's been to Italy and back, still rain proof, and has stood up to a lot of abuse without showing it. Plus shooting a lot when I was working at my college's student newspaper, etc... matt
