docjohn 0 #4 December 28, 2004 Yeah, too bad that Sky Systems stopped making the Sidewinder. They got tired of trying to keep up with all of the different types of cameras. Y2K composites makes a helmet similar to the Sidewinder. Check their ad in PARACHUTIST Doc http://www.manifestmaster.com/video
TALONSKY 0 #5 December 28, 2004 Are you sure they are not making them anymore? As of 6 months ago you could still buy a Sidewinder 2 through Square one. It is my understanding that Skysystems will still make them but only for Squareone right now. The price I was quoted 6 months ago was $495.00 for one. Deano 0 #8 January 6, 2005 I have a large/X-Large sidewinder for sale. Has about 40 jumps on it. I last used it in 1999. Custom paint job and this is the model with the flip up lens. Originally paid $550. Will sell for $300. I used a PC-1 with it, not sure of size comparison between the pc-1 and pc-8. I have attached a pic. Any questions just let me know.
