kosanke 0 #1 January 10, 2005 I have a PC350 with a sony 0.6 wide angle lens and a Canon EOS-1N with a 50mm 1:1.8. how will the pictures match up? Which canon lens would work the best for this setup. Haven't been able to try yet because of the weather. Thanks, Tom
vdschoor 0 #2 January 10, 2005 WOW.. You're planning on jumping the EOS 1N? Good for you.. The 50mm will be too long of a lens in comparison with the .6 on your videocamera. I suggest going to a 28mm or so, which will be a lot closer to the 0.6 wide angle lens. Take a look at the Canon 28mm F2.8, that's what I used to use in combination with a .5 on my video camera and it worked quite well. What helmet do you have for this setup? The EOS1N is quite a heavy camera, so you would want a decent stable platform for it. Iwan
