tabacchim 0 #1 January 21, 2005 Hi everybody, I wish to buy a helmet video camera but I'm really not able to chose one, too many choices, too many imperceptible technical differences... Could you give me some suggestions in your experience? Thanks
Stumpy 284 #2 January 21, 2005 Hey tabacchim, Not really able to help on the camera thing as i don't fly one myself as i have too few jumps, but if you want a decent answer the people good at this kind of thing will probably want to know a load more information about you - how many camera jumps/total jumps you have, what you want it for (4-way, tandem etc), what helmet you have etc etc etc Oh and there are LOADS of threads about this already - try doing a forum search. Edited to add: And probably best to look in the "photography and video" forum first. hope this helps daveNever try to eat more than you can lift
freefalle 0 #3 January 21, 2005 Gotta agree with Stumpy, fill in your profile so people know a little more about you. As far as a helmet, what kind of camera flying are you wanting to do, are you eventually going to add a flash and a still? Are you wanting to do it more on the professional end or do you just want to be able to strap a camera to you pumpkin to play with?
