riggerrob 643 #4 February 21, 2005 This question arose during a seminar about hand-cams during the PIA Symposium last month. The short answer is n! The long answer is that we have done such a good job of training new handi-cammers and kept equipment so small that no-one has seriously hurt themselves while videoing their own students. During the seminar, only one Australian TI had experienced a malfunction - while wearing a handi-cam. He was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to cutaway, etc. and even more pleasantly surprised that he videoed the entire reserve deployment!
