PhreeZone 20 #5 July 22, 2005 Nope, need one for a second video cam. The 300-Vid plate has a second pin on it that fits in to the reciever hole on the bottom of video cameras. Lets you take off the stroboframe to change tapes and still have things line up perfectly once you just put the plate back on. 300-QRC plate is the generic one, the 300-Vid is different. Miami 0 #8 August 27, 2005 I just ordered one from B&H as well (thanks for the tip Phree), had to talk to someone in the lighting dept...he had a little trouble finding it in their inventory but finally did find it and got it ordered.
