Getting back on the 3D thing...

Almost nobody in 'in the industry' (as those seem to be so important to what we have to choose?) use Macs for 3D animation.
Where Mac is more featured in the editing corner of 'the industry', PC's have the upper hand in the 3D animation corner (which is also why I choose a PC based laptop over a Mac), with most of the former SGI based studios even switching to PC based systems...

Pixar, OWNED by steve jobs runs PC based systems for animation, and only uses Macs for their administration...:)
If that aint enough proof that PC's arent all evill...give it a rest man...

Preference is personal..I edit on Macs and PC's quite often..but couldnt care less what you put in front of me..

Hey man, you're not going to hear me tell you that Macs are the standard for 3D work. I was just countering opinions that it's not possible.

I oughta point out that Steve Jobs is my boss.
