FTP sight bracket

What do you suggest on a FTP, the standard post or the schumacher articulated bracket ??

You can use the standard post. The articulating bracket is most useful for other than rear-entry helmets where you wouldn't be able to put the helmet on with the sight in position (without stabbing yourself). I guess you could still use the articulating bracket if you want to swing the sight out of your view at times (like when under canopy).

That's why I ask, I jumped an hawkeye for about 250 jumps and like the idea to get the sight out of my view for landing.

I never tried to leave the sight in place ... if most of you use the standard post it should not be a big deal to land with it in your field of view.

I use a Finley articulated, but I usually don't move it out of the way. I did at first (first helmet was a Hawkeye LT), but I really don't even notice the ringsite anymore, except when I'm trying to center something.

I use the normal post. It works well. I see no reason for the more complicated setups.

I have the same setup on both of my ftp's works fine for me!
