tnscorcoran 0 #1 October 4, 2005 Does anyone know of any sites that I can get one of these? What's the best magnification for skydiving? About a 0.4? How can I find out what lenses would fit the PC1000 - ideally it would be good to get one that is a good quality non branded make (and hence much cheaper than Sony) that obviously fits the camera. Thanks for any help.
dragon2 2 #2 October 4, 2005 Do a search on this forum, lenses have been talked about hundreds of times. You need to know WHAT you'll be filming to know the magnification factor you want, and even then, the magnification factors of different lenses don't match and it also depends on which camera you put that lens on, then you need to know the threadsize of your camera to know which lenses will fit and you can choose between normal lenses and low profile lenses, each have their advantages. ciel bleu, Saskia
BellyFlailer 0 #3 October 7, 2005 I'm using a Liquid .45 from cookiecomposites. Just google cookiecomposites, you'll find em. The lens is really small and light. Doesn't protrude any wider than front of camera, ok maybe a little bit. I think it cost me about 150. Get the filter with it, it costs a little more of course. http://www.SkydiveVids.com
