Thanatos340 1 #1 April 5, 2006 Thought I got a Great deal on an HC40 off ebay. Camera seemed to work great for a while. Now it has an intermittent problem where the Touch Screen doesn’t work. The buttons light up like they are activated but nothing happens (Remote will not work either when this happens). Acts like a Bad connection or something because I can wiggle the camera around and sometimes it will work again for a while. Other times it works just fine. jtval 0 #2 April 5, 2006 leem tell you MY STORY first. then go to sony.com and call the number. the opne good thing is that my camera now works and they were pretty good as far as customer service...but the maintenance sucked in my particular case at the END of it all I was happy to have my camera back and working.My photos My Videos Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
