still photo to record Sony dcr-pc1000e

Hi there, at the moment with my pc101, I record a still from the memory card and then fade into what I'm recording.
page 2, mem mix, m-cam chrom, and then fade in.
please could someone tell me how to do this with the DCR-PC1000e.
