sony DCR-HC94E good camera?

Hi

I am a camerafyer filming tandems. i need a new camera (i use a top configuration on a rawa helmet)

I have doubts about wich camera:
DCR-HC94E
DCR-HC46E
DCR-HC39E

Any advice on this cameras? the money betwee them would make difference for skydiving use?
