Where should I send my Sony PC-105 to get repaired? It does everything EXCEPT rewind nicely. The rewind is GOOFED. I read lots on here but has ANYONE had a GOOD experience with a repair facility? I need an address and phone number if yopu have it.

well the END ITEM with sony was a good one but the process sucked big ass.

it cost 269 flat rate even though I sent it to them 3 times for ONE fix. in the end, my camera works.

go towww.sony.com or look for my thread "where do I send my sony" for more info

I had a similiar horrible experience with Sony that is documented in your thread as well.
I do believe they actually just raised their flat rate to $300 and something. That is what was holding up my camera the last time I sent it to them until I had to nicely remind them that this repair was on their dime, not mine. :)

Actually I got my PC-105 back in April, so far so good. But I ended up buying a PC-1000 a couple of weeks ago, I just couldn't resist. Haven't had a chance to mount it yet though because I need to rearrange my helmet. The thumb screw is farther out and doesn't fit on my L bracket. >:( :)
