Thanatos340 1 #1 May 23, 2006 Got a new (to me) HC-40 off ebay. Seemed to work fine when I got it last week. Now I have error c:32:11 (basically a Stuck Tape.) Open the camera and the tape tray comes out but will not pop up. It sits there and then goes back in. I have tried all rthe basic tricks I know such as removing the battery, letting it sit a few Minutes, and reattaching the battery with the camera turned on. Anyone have any other suggestions other than sending it in for repair?? I really want the tape back, The camera has a warrenty and I can return it but I do want this tape. This is the second hc-40 I have bought that turned into a Dud before I ever Jumped it (Last one had intermittent problem where the buttons on the touch screen only worked some of the time.
