lewmonst 0 #1 September 14, 2006 Got one from a friend... Anyone jumped it? Or used it at all? Any feedback? Thanks Lewhttp://www.exitshot.com
Scubadivemaster 3 #2 September 20, 2006 Lew, I have one of these cameras and love it, but have not used it skydiving. There are many drawbacks (No visual viewfinder, no way to easily hook up an indicator light, short battery life), but the picture quality is incredible and you never have to change tapes. I am looking for a box that it will fit in, or some kind of mount that will fit it so that I can try using it for skydiving. Anyone have any box or mount suggestions? Has anyone tried using one of these hard drive cameras skydiving with any luck?
ncfitzge 0 #3 December 28, 2006 I just got one for Xmas. I need to figure out how to rig it up too. Fitz#148 Sonic Scrat "Have you ever kissed a rabbit between the eyes?" Woodpecker pulling out his pants pockets to the waitress

Scubadivemaster 3 #5 December 28, 2006 Really? That's a shame, as they produce such high quality video on the ground. Which camera specifically do you have experience with?
dragon2 2 #6 December 28, 2006 Do a search on this forum. Anything harddrive-based will die if you jump it a few times. ciel bleu, Saskia
