jasonRose 0 #1 November 14, 2006 I am looking for something 8 MP+, lightweight, compact, easy to use and is good for jumping. What would you buy? Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!
ltdiver 3 #2 November 14, 2006 Really? Have you read the latest threads? The hotest ticket is the 400D from Canon. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
Costyn 1 #3 November 14, 2006 QuoteThe hotest ticket is the 400D from Canon. I wonder if his idea of lightweight, compact and easy to use apply to the 400D. Yes, it is lightweight, compact and easy to use compared to a 5D or some other pro DSLR, but not compared to your regular point&shoot camera's. Of course, I too, recommend getting the 400D. I have the 350D, and I am very very pleased with it. CheersCostyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News

Ah, look at his requirements. I don't know any point and shoot cameras that have 8+ MP and are adaptable for skydiving (i.e. external remote capability). ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Okay, yeah I guess you're right there. It was just something in the wording that seems to indicate to me that this person is searching for a point&shoot... but yeah, there's no such (point&shoot) camera.Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
