dragon2 2 #2 March 18, 2007 how do you want to mount it? The HC32 is too wide for a sidemount needs to be topmounted, the PC1 can be either. Don't have all the specs handy, not sure if they both have LANC (not essential but very useful). ciel bleu, Saskia
PhreeZone 20 #3 March 18, 2007 PC1's ave'nt been produced for over 7 years. They were the first generation of the "Matchbook" style cameras and have the lowest quality of picture of most the PC series cameras out there. How are you planning on mounting it? PC-1's that are around SGC have had a terrible string of luck with the lenses being broken off by riser slaps. In fact I can't think of a single one that has not had it happen at one time or another. The HC series really should be mounted up top of a helmet so that requires a helmet set up to do that. If she wants some one to look over her helmet before she jumps it tell her to look be up at the DZ. Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

I know several people who have sidemounted a HC32 with no problems, although doing so with a box might be an issue. I'll be side mounting mine when I go digital. And yes the HC32 does have a lanc. I've got it sidemounted in a RAWA and unlike the more recent generations it does have a LANC port.Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife...
