mfob 0 #1 March 27, 2007 I have a KODAK camera, I altered an old camera case to attach to my chest strap to hold my camera. I use this mostly for base jumpin. When I download onto my PC it is in quicktime, or MOV format. How the hell do I convert this so I can use Windows media player and movie maker to make some fun ameteaur videos. Windows movie maker doesnt support the MOV. PM with help please if anyone can.
DSE 5 #2 March 27, 2007 it's not the .mov that's not supported, it's the codec within the .mov. You need an MJPEG/motion jpeg decoder. You can find one here or here, or google for one...There are a couple free on the VASST.com website too, but harder to find. HTH
pilotdave 0 #3 March 27, 2007 Here's a free program that should be able to convert them to avi format, which you can then pull into movie maker: http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm. Download Rad Video Tools. Dave
