peterpan 0 #1 May 2, 2007 Tokina AT-X PRO 12-24mm F4 DX Has anybody tried one of these lens on a canon 400d? If so what do you think? Thank for your helpRegrets are just unfulfilled dreams
PharmerPhil 0 #2 May 7, 2007 Well no one else chimed in, so,... I only looked at one on the ground (it was on a Nikon). It looks fairly large, and like most Tokinas, it is pretty heavy. Haven't jumped it though. I do occasionally jump a Tokina 17mm on my Canon 20D, and it is a beautiful lens. It is also a little heavy though, but not as heavy or long as the 12-24. mnskydiver688 0 #4 December 9, 2011 If you don't mind a narrower zoom range the Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 is a very nice lens. Not terribly expensive either for one with that aperture. I am planning on picking one up. For tandems I just stick with a kit 18-55mmSky Canyon Wingsuiters
FreDosS 0 #5 December 14, 2011 sorry for my porly english Yes, but.... Canon 18-55 is good, but without character, for me I have actually Tamron 11-18 i am really interested by the range 12-24 from Tokina to do other pictures with it, building, portrait and landscape and have only one (I hope) The very big disadvantage is the weight; 640gr My fear is, like a friend videowoman with a fisheye 10, if she cross a cloud, hes fisheye is with lots of fog I want no that, so I search history return about this lens. I think I found in a forum french, I am wait about. And I tell you after.
