BirdWoman 0 #1 May 25, 2007 Are there any country songs that are moderately decent for editing tandem vids to? I am now living/jumping in Texas, have NEVER listened to country, and have had more requests for it from customers in the last two months than I had in 3 years. Any help would be great. I like to keep my music around 3:30-4:00 minutes...but I'm sure I can make it work _________________________________________

BirdWoman 0 #11 May 26, 2007 Yeah, it kinda sucks. There is one tandem instructor that usually puts them up to it 'cuz he knows I don't have any and I don't care for it. There have been a fair amount of customers that say that they only listen to it. Being here in Houston I can understand it, but it still doesn't make me any happier about it. I don't HAVE to use it, but I like to try to havce something to offer all of my customers. Thanks to everybody who has offered songs..I will check into them."I don't know where it is that I'm going, but wherever it is there I'll be!" --quoted by me
Calvin19 0 #12 May 26, 2007 fair enough, death metal is worse i suppose. as well as anything from the completely inbred stream of judges and contestants on that american idiot tv program.
Calvin19 0 #13 May 26, 2007 I understand that. if you aremaking people happy and making money making people happy, there is nothing wrong with it i guess. it is just depressing.

denete 3 #15 May 26, 2007 Waylon Jennings - Theme from Dukes of Hazzard. It's kind of short, but might fit alright. If you've got a mellower crowd, bluegrass might be acceptable. Try Bela Fleck if bluegrass is the way to go. Or, try Buckwheat Zydeco. If you just want stock music and don't really care for a particular popular tune, try 5 Alarm Music. They have a crapload that might be good. http://www.fivealarmmusic.com/SCR #14809 "our attitude is the thing most capable of keeping us safe" (look, grab, look, grab, peel, punch, punch, arch)
denete 3 #16 May 26, 2007 If you do go to 5 Alarm Music, search all of the libraries for... "Adrenaline Rush" It'll return a series that has one entitled "Plaintive slide guitar intro to rodeo theme with a club makeover on a Ska rhythm". Try that on for size. Also search for "Electrified Heartland". Good stuff, most of the time.SCR #14809 "our attitude is the thing most capable of keeping us safe" (look, grab, look, grab, peel, punch, punch, arch)

BirdWoman 0 #19 May 30, 2007 I found some, but because I don't personally listen to it, it's hard to get a "vision" of what will work/where it will work on the video "I don't know where it is that I'm going, but wherever it is there I'll be!" --quoted by me
