My cam sucks 150mA per hour so a battery pack should last a few hours. Use a battery holder from radio shack they are cheap and some even have a batterie switch. Lithium Batterie pack also sound good.If it does not cost anything you are the product.

How long before recharging the battery ? Can you get the power directly from a PC101 ?? thanks a lot My camera consumes about 130mA from 9-15V source. I use AA rechargeables in battery holders. 8 pcs of 2500mAh AAA has a stamina of 10 hours+. I have a holder for 4,8,10, so I can operate from 8,10,12 pcs of AA. I've chosen this, because every piece is cheap and replaceable. No battery or charger is a critical part for me.
