blacksha 1 #3 September 21, 2007 I'm not asking for my own use at this point. I understand I'm still a student and still need some good experience before even jumping with a camera. I'm asking you jumpers out there that fly with cameras if anyone has used this camera and/or if you think its usable within skydiving? Just because I haven't seen anything about it so was just curious what kind of wrist cams people are using...and/or if they see any kind of dangers with this camera? I noticed on the camera website they have a lot of sports that people are using it in but I didn't see anyone on there skydiving unless I didn't look close enough. dragon2 2 #4 September 21, 2007 Did you actually READ the links? ciel bleu, Saskia
blacksha 1 #5 September 22, 2007 Hi Dragon (Saskia). I re-read the links, thanks. Just took me awhile to dig through all the safety stuff to find the answer I was looking for and didn't realize it was there (on the third post). My apologies. Interesting safety info and definitely understandable. Sounds like it needs a wide lense huh?
monkycndo 0 #6 September 22, 2007 Quote Sounds like it needs a wide lense huh? Not a wide lens. If your jump numbers are accurate, lots more jumps before considering mounting a camera.50 donations so far. Give it a try. You know you want to spank it Jump an Infinity

blacksha 1 #10 September 23, 2007 OK, what does the camera need? I'm not considering jumping a camera anytime soon. Just wanting to post a question about a camera and learn about it. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I think he meant that you shouldn't worry about a wide angle until you have more jumps. buto NOPE, nadda thing wrong with asking questions. My original wise-assed comment was there to show you that the search function exists.Yes, I wide angle should be used on a wrist mount. which one? Depends on your price range basically. I,personally, have no problems with anyone asking questions. The thing that would make use stop being such douches about it is if you searched to the forums, got some info and than asked a more specific question. My photos My Videos
