the_sarge 0 #1 January 12, 2008 Trying to compensate for the winter in Denmark, i have been editing some of my old photos from 2007. http://halfer.dk/galleri Enjoy! If you have some nice photos from the past season, please let us see them. They are warming, in a cold time. /Martin

lilchief 1 #4 January 16, 2008 nice! have you done any editing to enhance the colors in your photos? I can't tell if it's my computer enhacning the colors or if they're edited. What setup do you normally use for these conditions?"Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been and there you long to return." - Da Vinci www.lilchief.no

the_sarge 0 #7 January 17, 2008 The colors are slightly enhanced... In the b&w photos quite heavily... I like to have a lot of detail in the shadows and highlights. And... Usually i give the blues a little tweak in luminosity and saturation, to add a little more contrast between the clouds and the sky, without affecting the rest of the photo. As for my camera setup: For aerial photos, i shoot on Av (Aperture priority). In that way, i make sure that sharpness is good throughout the photo, while the camera gives me the shortest exposure time available. I always shoot in raw mode. That gives considerably more dynamic range, and thus adds to flexibility when processing the photos later on. snafuhere: I like sc-2.jpg... A spectacular motive. A little tip: Crop it to straighten the horizon, and it will be even better. Quotenice! have you done any editing to enhance the colors in your photos?
