554 0 #1 February 5, 2008 I 'm looking for recommendations on a video camera to purchase for BASE jumping. I had a small Panasonic, but apparently it didn't like the water very much. I'm looking for something fairly small and light and I will be using it as a top mount. It doesn't necessarily have to be top of the line, but I'd like it to be pretty nice. DSE 5 #2 February 5, 2008 Nothing is going to like water very much; do you need something that likes water? If so, one of the small Sony HC series with a water housing, or at least a very tight camdom would be necessary. You might check out the tapeless CX series, there are a couple water housings made for those, too.
