DSE 5 #2 March 24, 2008 It's Sony's entry-level DV camcorder, made mostly for the point n' shoot crowd, sells for around 275.00 or so...Not a horrible camera, but given the touch screen requirement for everything, and that focus only holds for 12 hours, you'll be tapping the screen a lot, so get a screen protector. Probably fine for shooting friends in freefly, but I don't know that I'd use one for tandems. it does at least offer widescreen recording, that's a nice feature.
