Hi,

anyone can tell something about the Canon HF10?

It looks like a potential cx7-killer, but if it has the known problems with the OIS in freefall, then it will stay in the shelf...

Yeah, I was seriously considering that model as well... However, it sounds like the OIS might be a problem... Although I don't know if anyone has actually jumped that particular model. I might end up buying one at a store that has a return policy just to find out... If it works ok, I'll keep it.

So I did it and bought a Canon Vixia HF100.
Will take it on a jump out soon and post the results here.
