I want to top mount both I know people use quick releases on stills but is it common to use a quick release on video as well. how often must you tighten the bolts. and is it a safe bet not to lose my cameras. PhreeZone 20 #2 April 8, 2008 I've had a Stroboframe QRC with a 300-Vid plate for 3 years and I know someone thats had it for at least 6.
