Anyone used the Panasonic SDR-S7 Camcorder?

I've been jumping my PC-109 for years now, but I'd like to start using something lighter and smaller for my recreational jumps and BASE jumps. I'm considering the Panasonic SDR-S7 Camcorder. I don't need it to have the best quality or HD video, I just want to make sure that it's not going to be shaky. If it has close to VHS quality, than I'd be happy considering the trade off of it being so small and easy to mount. Has anyone had any experience with this camcorder for skydiving/BASE jumping?
