pilotdave 0 #2 September 12, 2008 Is there supposed to be sound throughout the video? I think your Vegas is broken... ... or is it just my computer? Dave

DSE 5 #4 September 12, 2008 YouTube munged the audio, so I'm reuploading. I wish Youtube would allow for MP4 to be native.
videointhesky 0 #5 September 12, 2008 Hey DSE do you have any comments on Vegas Pro 8.1X64 also released today? I saw this on the dvinfo.net web site http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/what-happens-vegas/130646-vegas-pro-8-0c-vegas-pro-8-1x64-out.html
DSE 5 #6 September 12, 2008 I've been working with it for several months now. Very much enjoy it!
videointhesky 0 #7 September 12, 2008 Thanks for the report, I will download the 64 bit version onto my laptop
DSE 5 #8 September 12, 2008 Be aware that many of your plugs won't work in the 64bit version....for now
beowulf 1 #9 September 12, 2008 I just installed 8.0c and now my preview window isn't working like it used to. When I click on a video in my media manager it will only play the audio. It looks like the preview will only play the video that is in the timeline. Did this happen to you?
DSE 5 #10 September 13, 2008 Your preferences are probably different; you might be ignoring 3rd party codecs now?
beowulf 1 #11 September 13, 2008 I tried unchecking that and having it checked and no difference either way. I sent an email in to their product support. Hopefully it's an easy fix. I am glad I didn't install this update till after I was done with my latest project. It makes it a pain in the ass to search for a specific clip.
