DSE 5 #27 December 11, 2008 I don't know if I'd classify it as "interesting" as much as I'd suggest "hype." Pogue knows (as do most geeks) that cheapo DVDs (and CDs) don't last long. Quality stuff does. Backing up to DAT and HDD are best ideas for critical media, IMO. Same goes for a storing on a couple of on-line backup systems. Fairly cheep, if your files aren't huge.
