arai 0 #1 September 25, 2008 I've got a bonehead optik that has a cx-7 topmounted in a cookie box (not much room for anything but the cam), and am about to install my hypeye d pro. just wondering how you guys are routing them? I guess I could screw externally with two drill holes next to the button, then route the cords through the inside of the helmet and pop out where it needs to connect to the cam, but with the size of the connecter I would have to drill pretty big holes to fit not just the size of the cord, but the half round connector as well. just wondering if anyone else has examples to show? I guess I'll also have to cut the cookie box as I cant close the case with the hyp plug into the camera. Any good ways to cut carbon fiber? dont want to go pockmarking my helmet so I'm trying to get it right in concept before I cut anything. thanks
