CX7 in an FFX?

Has anyone been able to mount a CX7 inside a 2kcomposites FFX? (Note: not an FF2 or FF3; I know it fits in an FF3.)

Searches for "FFX and CX7" (and variants) yielded no result.

Thanks, but I think the dimensions on an FF2 are a little different than an FFX (but I'm not sure). Does anyone know whether that's the case?

Did you have to modify anything to make the CX7 fit?
Do you know if the CX7 is the same size as the CX12?
Any chance you can post pics of the setup?

Be the canopy pilot you want that other guy to be.

The CX7 will not the FFX. only the helmets listed on the 2k website will fit.

Well, for what it's worth, the CX7 does fit in the FFX. You just need to drummel the hole a little wider, find a spacer to lift the camera up higher, and open up the back hole a bit more (see aforementioned drummel).

Will post pics at some point for those who want to see my ghetto camera mount.

CX12 is the same size as CX7 EXCEPT for the CX12 having an external manual knob on the front at about 5 o'clock under the lens. Same applie sofr Euro variants CX11/CX6.
