Live Webinar?

I'm considering doing a live webinar as an experiment with skydive photographers, wondering if there is enough interest to put it together. We have a live webcasting system that we can set up for multiple viewers. It would be (most likely) in Windows Media format, simply because its easiest.
If by chance it did carry a cost, it would do so to pay for the bandwidth involved, as it could potentially be expensive.
We'd take questions via an instant messaging system.
At this point, no lecturers are lined up, not topical outlines created, no dates/times determined. I'm shooting from the hip here, hoping for community development to drive any agenda.
I'm interested in your comments and input.

Sounds great. I'd be up for all of the topics, and have no problem with paying a small fee. One other thing you might consider is making a DVD available to the participants after the webinar for reference. Hope you get this off the ground,

I would be interested in all of those topics, but more interested in the still camera then the others. Just because I just bought a still camera and really don't know anything about photography.

Always interested in learning new tricks for video editing, as long as it's not mac-only And providing it's at a more or less decent time for over here

Very interested in a Vegas Pro webinar. If you do it, please time it so that Europeans can take part. I’d gladly pay. I’ve got your VASST DVDs, but still have loads of queries as I’ve started off in Vegas Pro8 as a video newby. I’m IT proficient but totally new to video editing.

I guess they assume anyone paying £400 for a software package is already fairly knowledgeable about video editing. Actually, I had to Google what NLE meant.

I'd be interested in something like that, as long as the topics are not covered in too high of a level, as i am kind of a beginner with cameras.
