Hey everyone,

I noticed that all of my ads in the classifieds were flagged as scams. I replied to the email link to clear this issue up but that doesn’t help me to clear my reputation.

I would like to reintroduce myself.

My name is Michael Bowen. I have been a wind tunnel instructor since January of 05 and I am one of the most senior employees at SkyVenture Orlando. I am also one of the head managers for SkyVenture Orlando.

I have flown in 80% of the wind tunnels in the US

I am sponsored by PD and have been since 2006

I am 2k composites number 1 dealer in the US.

I am also an authorized dealer for Alti-2 and SkySystems USA.

I have been on these forums for many years and many members here know me

Sorry I sound the way I do it’s just that I need to clear myself. Being labeled as a scammer hurts my reputation and business.

I guess I can vouch for Bowen. I paid him for a new cutaway for my helmet and it's at the post office waiting for me to pick it up this afternoon. So I guess he is legit or I wouldn't have paid him!

Okay, I know what happened. Reviews came in yesterday that flagged your ads as scams, because you're a dealer and "mis-using" the classifieds. I mistakenly approved the reviews, not realizing exactly what I was doing. I'm working on reversing this right now.

My apologies, Michael! I'll get this straightened out.

I owe you an apology for the email I sent. I am sorry for the tone. I have been spending the last few years building my reputation and I freaked out when I saw the scam label.

I am happy that you responded to my post of who I am.

I have been contacted by some of the companies I deal for.

they have been contacted by potential customers of mine to determine if I am a dealer or a scammer, so I guess the scam label works.

Glad to here things are all cleared up Michael...

I ordered a FF3 helmet for my HC5 off of Mr.Bowen in the middle of september...

He was very helpful and very accommodating since I changed my mind a few times on what camera to mount...

He also answered many phone calls and PM's on dropzone....

2K composte makes a very beautiful and well crafted helmet
