In light of the recent problems people have seen with handycam systems, thought I'd post this. It looks like a system that should solve a lot of the problems with current handycam systems.

For extra safety you could mount it on the students wrist, then the student would really be "part of the action!"

Even better, put it on a six-foot pole and chest mount it to the student. That way the cameras are completely out of the way.

Definitely. With the position you're holding the camera platform, the student can't even see his own skydive while it's happening!
