I searched to see if anyone else has mentioned this yet and didn't see it. It's a new camera from VholdR coming in a few weeks for $280

I just want something for my own enjoyment of watching and sharing with friends.

Do you guys think this is worth the $100s over the Go Pro?

h.264 and 1280x720 30fps with 135 degree

The downside I see is the bad viewing angle for SD, but higher framerate.
