Help with cx100,adobe premier on macbook

As a total new comer to my cx100 and adobe premier pro cs4 I need all the help i can get with getting my vids onto my computer and also editing them

I am very new to video editing and to using a macbook so any help will be much much appreciated

I work also with adobe premiere pro cs4...but with windows.

What are some specific questions? I use Premier Pro on a MacBook as well.
