CX 100 With FF2

I need a new camcorder and am seeing and hearing that the CX 100 is the way to go. 2 things:
1. is this still the case or is there a better camera out now in the same price range?
2. Can my FF2 be modified to fit this camera?

Hi yes the Sony cx 100 or 105 is the best one and yes it will fit in the FF2 it will have to be modified ,i have a CX6 in my FF2.
