I'm using adobe premier elements when i save as movie there is no problem BUT when i save as mpeg . and then playback the video anything that is moving in the video has small lines around it . if I'm following something then its fine this only happens if something is moving and I'm not following it , i hope i explained this properly . help me please !!! thanks Perry Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
