Teigen 0 #1 January 28, 2010 Im working on a short 1 minute branding piece for my dropzone, it will be added to our tandem DVD's. I want to combine some nice footage with some good graphics. But AE doesnt know the m2ts files from the 105. And i was thinking maybe i can add video and music in Vegas, sync and cut everything there. Then render it and open the videofile with AE. What format should i render to from vegas? filesize is irreleveant but i want no quality loss at all! I need you're expertize! DSE?
DSE 5 #2 January 28, 2010 you're always going to experience quality loss when dealing with transcodes. No way around it. Question is whether you can see the loss. Export to: .mxf .png sequence (My favorite) .avi in a 4:2:2 uncompressed format All work great, all are standards.

Its what I did to do some motion tracking on footage.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
