Hey everyone, I am coming back to the sport after a 3 year hiatas. I'm dusting off all my camera equipment. It has not been touched in at least 3 years. It was all neatly stored in my pelican briefcase. Anyway, I am curious to know what type of cameras are you guys using now? I have my DCR PC-1000 ( Still New-20-30 jumps on it) with a .29 lens, and a canon Digital rebel with a 17-50 lens on a Cookie composite helmet. What is the new technology now? Please let me know what you guys are thinking? I also forgot all the setting I use to use for my cameras. Yeah I know pretty lame.... ANy help would greatly be appreciated.

the pc-1000 is a nice camera, i would use it until it dies unless u really have the need to go tapeless. it is high quality and fairly small.. The new kids are using the cx-100, tapeless, small and light. digital rebel with the stock lens will do just fine. enjoy and welcome back
