Danteb 0 #1 March 10, 2010 Hi, I'm new to the world of skydive videography so I just was wondering why does everyone use the CX100. the footage I've seen from it has not been that impressive. to my untrained eye the gopro HD output much more impressive footage and at half the price when you consider you'll need a wide angle lens & cam eye with the cx100. from what I can see the only pro's in favor of the CX100 vs the gopro for skydiving are better sound quality & a screen both of witch I can live without. & the cons in my mind are worse video quality & twice as much money & weight as the gopro hd. anyhow I'm about to put down money for one of them so any input as to what makes the cx100 superior & why is everyone flying them would be much appreciated.
