DSE 5 #1 August 31, 2010 Saw a lens yesterday that was horribly swirled/scratched through the (crappy) coating. Asked the photographer what he was using to clean his lens, and he proudly pulled out Bausch and Lomb wet tissues. You know, the kind that are in the little foil pouches that you can get at the optometrist? Ouch. These are harsh Repeated use will scratch/polish off the coatings on your lens adapters. Get a microfiber cloth. They're cheap, sometimes even free. PD and VASST have both given them away as promo items. FWIW, I leave a could of em' rolled up in my helmet liner. I seem to lose one every 2-3 months.
dragon2 2 #2 August 31, 2010 I tend to lose mine a lot more often than that (people keep "borrowing" them...) so I switched to these. Cheap so I don't care if/when I lose one, but they work fine. ciel bleu, Saskia
