Viking 0 #1 July 22, 2003 I am getting new risers. Couple of questions. I am 6'3" and have the standard tall guy arms. Are 20" risers ok for me or should i go with 22"? How much should a set of risers with the hard cutaway housing and rsl ring cost? I check on Para-Service and they have a set of Mirage Risers for $105.I swear you must have footprints on the back of your helmet - chicagoskydiver My God has a bigger dick than your god -George Carlin
Clownburner 0 #2 July 22, 2003 That sounds like somewhere around the going rate; you might check around with people as I know when I needed risers to borrow several people offered to loan me spare sets; someone might have a set they'd be willing to sell used. I think the loft at Perris also has used risers for sale, might save you a few bucks.7CP#1 | BTR#2 | Payaso en fuego Rodriguez "I want hot chicks in my boobies!"- McBeth
lizzieb 0 #3 July 22, 2003 i paid $75 from Sunpath...hard housings (but i think they might be plastic, not stee), velcroless.
TALONSKY 0 #5 July 22, 2003 I personally love Mirage velcorless mini risers. The design that Mirage uses for the tabs on the toggles seems to me to be impossible to have the slider slid down and dislodge a toggle. The Mirage risers might be a few dollars more but if they are they are well worth it Kirk
