vincemoore88 0 #1 July 26, 2012 Does anyone have a phone number to call to discuss a problem. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for email responses. Thanks
DSE 5 #2 July 26, 2012 What is the specific problem? I can try to help. You can call the VASST tech support line (my company) but it isn't free. Sony has free tech support, the number is on the card in your box. There are also the Sony support forums at [url]http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com
vincemoore88 0 #3 July 26, 2012 @Dse. I put the clips on the computer. You can watch each one of them fine. When I drag them over to put the video together one of them or some of them just comes out black, but it is still there on the other side and you can play it by itself. Fast 0 #4 July 26, 2012 Do you hear the audio? Is the trancparency set right? Is the track on the timeline turned on? What kind of video file?~D Where troubles melt like lemon drops Away above the chimney tops That's where you'll find me. vincemoore88 0 #5 July 26, 2012 You hear the audio when you first download it. Not when you drag it over. But you hear the other ones that come over. Not sure about the other but should it matter if 4 out of 5 come over fine? I am not changing anything in between takes.
DSE 5 #6 July 26, 2012 This sounds like a codec problem. What is the codec of the source file? From what camera or computer system did these files originate?
vincemoore88 0 #7 July 26, 2012 The files originated from a Replay. I tried what ou suggested last week and it did solve he issue. The Vegas is Sony Vegas 9. It says it is compatible with Vegas 8.
DSE 5 #8 July 26, 2012 Yes, RePlay files are actually compatible with all version of Vegas post version 5. Have you uninstalled DVDA? Changed any prefs? (thirdparty codec pref) Files are on HDD or on card?
